Claus Lack (paint) & his excellent crew of Paint & Body-Men have not figured out how to install the gamma "S shaped" door-spring.
I was genreously sold ? given ? a set my Masa quite & while back; have been carrying them in car for a while & would really like to install one on the left door...to prevent a lot of pain should a big wind blow as I open that door.

I remember somewhere at sometime on the forum there was a blog explaining installation...can someone help poor me ?

it took an American - Allen & a German - Brian - to install  left door S Spring^- with great results; I asked them how difficult it was ...the reply was .... not difficult but time consuming; btw do all gamma run on 1 cyl  when cold ?  or is that flat engine always so rough until it gets warm & smooths out.   Now, 400km later I am sure that it is running as a 4 pot gamma should run...very nicely !!
